I am facing a lot of issues with Dish TV. There customer service is very poor and quality of DTH is very low.

Unwanted Channels are more As required Star Plus & kannada channels

Like others Dish TV never offers MPG 4 set top box, so picture quality is very bad.

must try vidoecon or airtel.....

Customer care people try not to respond. They make their own whimsical rules and never listen to you. Lot of hidden charges. Never go in for DishTV.

agent promised me to give 3 months free recharge and took 2500 instead of 2100 which was std price for setup box. i though threemonths free is good in 400 extra but it was only for 20 days. chased the delaer for a month but he did not recharged it again.

Have complained many times about the package changes. But no information received ever. They just increase the package rates and change the channels without notifying customers.

other DTH like Videocon and others have given progam guides of free channels ,so I on behalf of your valued customers request to provide electronic program guide of free channels along with pay channels as we are paying for the service .

I m purchase dish TV HD evening and installation next day 13:00 hrs so u m very happy for service.

service is very bad, you are given no choice if you pay upfront, you will have to only listen. very poor after service.

I am using dishtv from last 3 years, it’s been good 3 years so far, I have not faced any major’s issues till now, the picture quality and its signal in all rainy season, cloudy season doesn’t interrupt. DishtV customer support is good
